Founder & CEO | Odoo Strategy & Delivery Lead
Joshua leads strategy, architecture, and delivery at Junious Digital Laboratories. He oversees Odoo implementations end to end, including discovery, system design, risk management, and final quality control. With a background spanning IT operations, automation, and ERP systems, he ensures every engagement is scoped correctly and delivered with long term scalability in mind.
Joshua remains directly involved in complex implementations, client escalations, and architectural decisions, while building systems and teams that allow JDL to scale responsibly.
Marketing Strategist & Client Content Lead
Abi owns brand presence, content strategy, and client facing marketing delivery for Junious Digital Laboratories and assigned client accounts. She manages content pipelines, editing workflows, posting cadence, email campaigns, and brand consistency across platforms.
In addition to marketing execution, Abi supports website and design efforts with a Figma/Canva first approach, ensuring layouts and visuals are intentional before implementation. She is responsible for maintaining consistent visibility, seasonal awareness, and continuous improvement for both internal and client brands.
Project Manager | Operations & Client Delivery
Amit manages day to day project execution across JDL client and internal projects. He coordinates between clients, developers, and marketing to ensure work stays on track, timelines are met, and deliverables move smoothly from planning to completion.
He owns task management, client updates, delivery coordination, and operational tracking, escalating decisions that impact scope, timeline, or budget. Amit plays a key role in keeping projects organized and reducing operational friction across the company.
AI & Automation Workflow Engineer
An designs and builds automation workflows that streamline business operations for JDL and its clients. With a focus on workflow logic, integrations, and process optimization, he helps reduce manual work and improve system reliability.
His work supports internal tooling, client automations, and operational efficiency across Odoo and connected systems.
