We built an AI-powered support assistant that integrates with Odoo and a custom knowledge base.
Centralised chat memory stored securely for consistent conversations.
Integrated with Odoo Helpdesk so the AI can pull ticket and support data.
Connected to a knowledge base using smart search (RAG), making it easier for employees to find the right information quickly.
Runs on the latest AI models, ensuring fast and relevant responses.


Helpdesk Support AI Agent
To improve customer support, we developed a system that:
Automatically analyzes new tickets in Odoo Helpdesk.
Uses AI to generate relevant keywords and find similar past cases.
Retrieves matching tickets and knowledge base articles.
Creates a helpful support note for staff, speeding up response times and improving consistency.
Odoo Knowledge Base Automation
We automated the management of Blazing Bagels’ knowledge base to make support smarter over time:
A custom Odoo module exposes knowledge base articles through APIs.
Every few hours, an automation workflow fetches new/updated articles.
Articles are chunked and tagged with keywords and metadata using AI.
All content is stored in a vector database (Pinecone) for smarter, faster search.
