Do you carry inventory or is this drop-ship?+
We don't sit on inventory. Orders ship direct from the manufacturer or authorized distributor straight to your office, warehouse, or remote employees. White-glove setup is available as an add-on.
What kind of businesses do you usually work with?+
Small and mid-sized businesses, typically 5-500 employees, across professional services, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, real estate, and non-profits. If you don't have a dedicated CIO, you're our customer.
Can you handle deployments to remote employees?+
Yes. We offer drop-ship-to-employee with pre-imaged devices, MDM enrollment, and pre-paid return shipping for offboarded gear. Your IT team (or just you) gets a tracking number and an asset tag.
We already have an MSP / IT person. Will this conflict?+
Not at all — we work alongside your existing IT support. Many of our clients have an MSP for help desk and patching but use us as their procurement arm. Your IT team gets better gear at better prices and we handle the vendor management headache.
What about returns, warranties, and DOA?+
We process all RMAs and warranty claims on your behalf. If something arrives DOA, we ship a replacement before you even close the ticket with the vendor. Standard manufacturer warranties apply; extended warranties available.
