Software built around the way your business works, in phases you can fund one at a time
Internal tools, customer portals, mobile and web apps, and integrations. We scope the smallest version that solves the problem, build it in fixed-price phases, and hand over the code.

We build. Junious Digital Labs does this work. You pay us: published prices or a fixed price per phase, agreed in writing before work starts. How we work
Who this is for
- Teams running a critical process on spreadsheets or email
- Founders who need a working first version, not a pitch deck
- Organizations whose off-the-shelf software almost fits
When off-the-shelf software stops fitting
Custom software is worth it when the process is specific to you and the workaround costs real time every week.
The spreadsheet that runs the business
One person built it, one person understands it, and a mistake in one cell changes what you invoice. A small app with proper records and access rules removes that risk.
Three tools, same data, copied by hand
An integration that moves data between your tools can save hours every week and remove the typos that come with retyping.
A good idea with no first version
You need something real in front of users before committing a large budget. A focused first phase answers that.
What we do, step by step
Discovery call
Free. We learn the problem, who will use the software, and what a good first version looks like.
Written scope
Plain-language scope with phases, the price of each phase, the timeline and what done means.
Build in phases
Each phase ends with something you can use and test. You pay 50% at the start and 50% at acceptance.
Hand-over
Documentation, a walkthrough for your team, and the source code once the phase is paid.
Hosting and support
Optional monthly plans if you want us to host and maintain it; otherwise take it in-house.

How much does a custom app cost?
MVPs typically run $15,000-$45,000 for a single platform (web OR mobile) with auth, core flows, payments, and admin tools. Multi-platform or complex integrations land $40,000-$120,000. We quote fixed scope after a free 30-minute discovery call.
How long does it take to build an app?
Most MVPs ship in 4-6 weeks. Production-ready V1 with payments, multi-tenant, and observability typically lands 8-12 weeks. We commit to a hard delivery date in writing during scoping.
Web app or native mobile? How do I decide?
Start web-first for B2B tools and internal admin — faster to ship and update. Go native (or React Native) when push notifications, camera, or offline are core. We help you decide in the discovery call.
Will you work with my existing engineering team?
Yes. We can lead the build, augment your team, or hand it off after V1 launch with full source, documentation, and a 90-day support window. Many clients use us for the 0→1 then take it in-house.
What about no-code tools like Bubble or Retool?
Great for internal tools and quick prototypes — we use Retool ourselves. We help you decide whether to no-code, low-code, or full-code based on your roadmap and budget. Honest answer in the discovery call.
What stack do you typically build on?
Web apps: Next.js + TypeScript + Postgres + Tailwind. APIs: FastAPI / Node. Mobile: React Native (cross-platform) or Swift / Kotlin (native). Cloud: AWS, Cloudflare, Vercel — your preference. We adapt to your stack if you have one.
Who owns the code?
You do, once each phase is paid. We hand over source code on request at no charge. Hosting with us never means we own your platform.
