Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what information Junious Digital Labs LLC ("we", "us", "Junious Digital Labs") collects when you visit juniouslabs.digital or interact with our services, how we use that information, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate the site and respond to inquiries:

• Information you provide — when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, sign up for our newsletter, or open a support ticket, we collect the name, email, company, phone number, and message content you choose to share.
• Automatically collected — server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps, referring page) for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. Cookies and similar storage for session continuity, language preference, and basic analytics.
• Cookies & analytics — we use Cloudflare Analytics for privacy-respecting traffic statistics. We do not deploy advertising trackers or sell visitor data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Reply to your inquiries and deliver the services you request.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and our infrastructure.
• Send service updates, project notifications, and — only if you explicitly opt in — marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following providers to deliver our services. We share only the minimum information each provider needs to do its job, and we never sell your data.

• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, DDoS protection, Workers (request routing).
• Contabo — VPS hosting for our application services.
• Odoo S.A. — CRM, project management, mailing lists, and the website CMS.
• OpenRouter — AI API gateway for our AI Concierge feature on the website. Concierge prompts are sent to the underlying AI model (currently Anthropic Claude) and not retained for training.
• Stripe (when applicable) — payment processing for service invoices. We never see your full card details.

4. AI-Generated Content & AI Concierge

Our website features an AI Concierge that answers questions about our services. When you interact with it, your prompt text is forwarded to a third-party AI model via OpenRouter to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the Concierge. The model provider does not retain your prompts to train models, but please assume any text you submit may be processed and briefly logged for safety / abuse review.

5. Data Retention

• Contact form submissions and project records are kept for as long as our business relationship is active and for up to 7 years afterward to satisfy tax and legal record-keeping requirements.
• Marketing email lists retain your address until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security analysis, then aggregated or deleted.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar regimes), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to processing, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these rights email privacy@juniouslabs.digital from the address you contacted us with. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our website and services are intended for adult business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

8. Security

We protect data with TLS in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, access controls, and regular review of our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information as carefully as we treat our own.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and — if we have your email — announced by email.
