How much does a website cost?+
A custom website of up to 7 pages is $295 a month on the Managed Website plan ($0 upfront, 12-month minimum, hosting and up to 1 hour of edits a month included), or $2,950 one-time to own it, with 3 months of Website Care Plus included. After that, Website Care is $79 or $149 a month, or no plan.
How much does an Odoo ERP implementation cost?+
It depends on how many apps you need, how much data moves over, and how much customization your processes need. We scope it on a free call and quote fixed-price phases at $125/hour ($95/hour for registered nonprofits and veteran organizations), so you know the price before work starts. Odoo's own license or hosting is separate from our services.
How much is the AI receptionist?+

Do you charge for consulting?+
The discovery call and provider-selection consulting are free. Scoped consulting, implementation and development are billed at the published rates, and you only pay when you approve a written scope or choose a plan.
What if the scope changes during a project?+
Changes are written up as a change order at the hourly rate, and you approve them before we do the work.
Do I own the code and data?+
Yes. Once a phase is fully paid, the deliverables are yours: code, design, content, and data. We hand over source code on request. On the Managed Website subscription, the site becomes yours through the buy-out described above.
